We are proud to highlight Whitley Griffith, Social Services & Admissions Director at Boyd Nursing & Rehabilitation.  Along with her expertise in social work, Whitley is a versatile team player willing to help Care Team Members and residents with any of their needs.

In addition to being an integral part of the admissions process, Whitely completes mood interviews and assists residents with care planning. Each day, she provides residents with personalized and compassionate care. “I visit the residents if they have any concerns throughout the day. I love seeing them happy and helping in any way I can.”

Whitley loves to see residents achieve their goals. For residents receiving therapy, it’s seeing them reach their highest level of functioning. “It’s satisfying when they are able to go home. In our community, they get their rehabilitation services and are able to go home. It is very rewarding!”
