Boyd Nursing and Rehab is pleased to recognize Mr. Charles Shelton as our resident success story this month! Mr. Shelton came to Boyd Nursing for rehabilitation following a hip fracture and a complicated hospitalization, which left him with significant weakness, immobility, and inability to perform basic activities of daily living. After four weeks of rehab and nursing care, Charles made substantial functional improvements to regain mobility and self-care independence, which has allowed him to discharge home!
